I'm VERY impressed ladies!
So outside the box! I LOVE it! Way to go and you left out the .1 mile:)
Great job! I'm definitely impressed! I keep waiting for the bug... I'm running but still just doing it and not loving it. Any suggestions?
I think a lot of it was mental for me - it helps me to map my runs out ahead of time, set goals, remind myself of how great I'll feel when I'm done, and just take it one step at a time. I have never liked running before so this is all new to me!
Hi Kate, I just came back to your blog after awhile of being away. Five miles! Wow! You did good! Aunt Vickie(P.S. Love the Ella-isms.)
Back again. Now you've got ME cleaning cupboards. In case you haven't read "Born to Run", check it out. That book would make anybody want to run!
